For amateurs this should be a "must" read


 
First thing a Professional Player learns is that you don’t tell people you are one! For your own protection (carrying cash) and to enable you to “work” the Casinos it is imperative you are highly secretive (people do talk too much) at all times.

Secondly, most people will have a “distorted” view of what a Professional Player is. You will be slotted into so many different boxes that fit each person’s perception of gamblers. They are all wrong of course…but you can never educate or change their fixed ideas.

I am fortunate to be competent at mental arithmetic. I see under-payments of winning bets all the time in Casinos…and they are very rarely challenged! I do not believe that the average croupier is deliberately cheating, they are simply not very bright. Same as the average punter I think.
 
The only deliberate and wholesale cheating I have come across is on most Cruise Ships! No wonder they “target” the old, the demented, and the rich! They should be sent to jail for stealing. Be warned. They hate a consistent winner. If you are a Professional...just use a hit and run technique.
 
A Professional Player will have a “set” bet and know the accurate payout.
 
You may have come across the word “the mindset” of a Professional of any ilk. This simply means “focus and discipline”. You will never, ever, be successful without it.

You will have a “cover” story about who you are, for the Casinos! Remember that many Casinos are owned by the same group, and “share info.” about you. Keep it simple and the same! Better still is the “no talk” rule. Always have good manners, but be a “private person”.
 
The “double the difference” rule is for ordinary gamblers only. What it means is that if you win say £3000.00 and then go to a position of losing £3000.00 the difference to you is £6000.00 down. Regular small losses add up to a fortune. Regular small wins add up to a fortune too.
Whilst I am grateful to you for losing, I don’t need you to lose as much.
 
How do I make over £3 million a year? Here is the secret! I average £8000.00 profit per session x 400 sessions. I work under nine months total in the Casinos, and the rest of the time is split between my family and my charity projects. I play with big players and I am only a “small” winner! This amount is usually less than what is bet by others for ONE SPIN!  

Now you know another secret!
Win small but consistently. It adds up!

Note: That average, fluctuates between £3000.00 and £19000.00 dependent upon my personal judgement of each situation and the Casino. I “set” my bet amount to suit. (see page 5 for details)
 
You can have some “BIG” hits? Of course! But it would be quite stupid to make a habit of it.  Professionals “milk” cows…not kill them. (There are a few times this can be done..but unless you are very experienced and can "read" the situation, I do not recommend)

Balance your life as a whole. This is so very important for a Professional Player. If any one part is a problem…this will reflect in your ability to work and profit, as you should. To succeed…. keep it simple!….everything!

You have…..the bet    You have…..the working plan   You deviate….you lose the lot

If you are satisfied with a comfortable wage …..You will not make a Successful Player
If you are greedy for instant wealth……………...You will not make a Successful Player
 
I should add actors to the list of people who could be good Professionals too. They would make the changes, or effort necessary to become a Successful gambler. Most people are lazy, and will continue to be…mug punters.

You will need ten times more “commonsense” than “brains”
 If the “engine” runs perfectly….don’t fix it
I have not “touched” my bet or “plan” in over thirteen years. You can “bet” on Quality.

I am not qualified to say anything about Gambling Addicts. I do know that one can become addicted to many different habits. How it happens I don’t know.  If it depends on the teaching and habits of modern parents……then most will never stand a decent chance! 

 
Now you know why I work hard and put money into Children’s Education.
Too many adults are too stupid or brainwashed to learn. If you are reading this...you are going to be successful. Dont stop!

 
Blackjack players should covert to roulette

I feel I should perhaps explain some facts and myths about this most popular game.
Can I card count ……………………………..Yes
Do I understand Basic Blackjack?………… Yes
Can I win at Blackjack?……………………... Yes
Do I play Blackjack?……………………....… No

You must know of course that it is the one game where it is possible to turn the odds in your favour. But that is a tasty bait that catches even those who are competent players. At best, you can have a 1% advantage. But this percentage fluctuates by a big margin, and for such long periods it is quite dangerous.

You need a fortune bankroll. You need 30 hours a day. You need the patience of Job. And to top that….even if you can do all that…you will be asked to leave if you win a decent sum. Will they spot you? Yes, because to win you have to raise your bets when the deck favours you.

Blackjack has the most Professional Players of all betting. They earn so little for so much effort, and risk. It is a bad and unhealthy lifestyle. You would need to ask a psychologist why they do it.

Most of the hype for this game is produced by or for the Casinos. Americans are for some reason the “suckers” for blackjack. Vegas casinos love them.
 
Now you know why I don’t play blackjack.
I must tell you, I do occasionally, as part of my operating plan, play a few hands if needed, to consolidate my reputation as a mug-punter. I do the same with craps and baccarat. I hate risky betting.

Do bear in mind that the Casino Management are only trained to spot the obvious. They are so busy looking for cheats, you only have to have a number of “distractions” to take any heat off you.
Never ever cheat…or you will pay a heavy price.
 
Have you noticed the last bet by gamblers is always a losing one?
 It makes a huge difference to a Professionals income to always finish on a winning bet.
Near the end of each session I look for two consecutive wins, to finish the session. I implore you do this too. You can see that "Maths" is used in the "Strategy" and NOT in the formulation of a "Bet".

Now you know another secret!


IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A "CONSISTENT" BET......DO NOT BET..WAIT!
FIND THAT CONSISTENT WINNING BET FIRST.......YOU ARE THEN MADE FOR LIFE.
LET THE LOSERS TRY IT THE WRONG WAY ROUND.

TIP: Go to the Casinos. Do not go to bet.....but go and observe gamblers...You will learn so much.

TOP TIP: As you work at finding a winning bet you will find some that come close or even beat the edge you are seeking. Mostly you will find that the edge is too close or small for comfort. I ask you at that stage to look for the "Variables!...One of them may be your door to a goldmine.

I can tell you my bet has many "Variables"..but only one is a "Consistent Winner" I have not changed it or found better in over thirteen years. Many things are not what they seem when looked at from a different angle.

Doing work on a bet and research will turn you into a Real Professional Player.It is simply no good having a winning bet if you cannot take the profit home and put it to good use.

Gambling is for idiots, or deluded people.

Tip: Go and look at how gamblers bet and lose!...You will NOT want to ever be like that again.   Learn....and you WILL earn.

 Never worry that there will be too many Professional Players.

It is a "fact" that the majority of people are too lazy to help themselves. They will NOT learn and will remain "Gamblers"!
