JOINING THE PPPC ?
Although this information is on the site in fragmented form, may I Simon, as Father would say; The PPPC will be a club for Professional Roulette Players only. All members bar none will have the finest inside information (not only the PPPC bet to use ) but ongoing advice relevant to the success of all members. Many aspects of the Clubs advantages must of course be for members only. It will be the finest that any similar club could possibly offer. We pride ourselves on delivering far more than expected. For members there will be no other involvement (like the ACETF work program) other than making a weekly return on play and profits. All members will pay 10% of NET PROFIT to the Club Funds. No payments whatsoever will be sent or directed to Win3million, H.F.T. or subsidiaries thereof. The Club will distribute ALL income to any other proper person, organization or group it feels fit to receive funds. The criteria will be based on need and/or urgent requirements. There will be without exemption, an entrance fee to the Club. Please note that for the few people whom have helped in the formation of the PPPC and have been promised a free entrance, this fee will be paid to the Club funds by Simon Hampshire from his private account. All and everything will be fully accounted for. The entrance fee is yet to be decided and we would ask you all to refrain from silly speculation. We are proven masters of nice surprises.! How many times do I have to repeat. Too many of you are STILL looking at the clues to the ACETF BET ? You stand more chance of winning the lottery !
There are to our knowledge four consistent winning bets that are quite easy to find….WHEN you know all there is to know about roulette. It is quite obvious that many do not know enough to find even those. You are doing things the WRONG WAY ROUND !
We have probably got the most sophisticated roulette testing equipment in the world. We have the most roulette knowledgeable people working here at win3million and yet some of you do not follow the finest advice one could have, and for free because of the H.F.T. sponsorship.
Learn roulette first, practice professionalism in all you do and the bet will follow….that’s a fact as proven by a number of posters and readers who do not post.
Knowing the game of roulette inside out is the correct and only way you will succeed.

Taking the results ( Wins & Losses) as IF you where betting it, you may SEE that for INSTANCE….perhaps after three losses, IF you bet you THEN …..you would win say seven out of every ten. IF that was a FACT ? You would then have a consistent winner you could use to make a great deal of money…..IF you was a Professional ?

Sometimes you may not be able to say what you would like, and holding your tongue and biting back certain comments may be difficult at times. To sum up, it would seem that being categorized as professional means showing you have that rarest of commodities, common sense, and then, actually using it. Another major part is being adult, being considerate towards other people, and demonstrating self-control. Reading through your posts on the forum again, I noticed only a couple of references to a "Winning bet" having a "Reason" why it worked.! It is all too easy to find what you think or because it wins for a short while, a bet that can fool you....and cost you dear. The true "Acid" test is that there will be for a "Consistent Winning Bet"...a Reason why it wins. Finding that reason can save you a great deal of problems, and money. Find it BEFORE YOU PLAY FOR REAL MONEY ! NO REASON..... means NO BET.
Here are some facts from each of the five winning bets we have:
1. The ACETF bet has a reason why it is so profitable and consistent
(We no longer use this bet...it belongs exclusively to the acetf )
2. The second bet has a reason, but not so strong
3. The third bet we can use is the same as number 2
4. The forth bet is similar as above
5. This is the PPPC bet. This bet is totally diferent in every respect to all the others. It is so simple it would be dangerous in the wrong hands.
This bet is instant continous betting without any head or pen and paper calculations ...but it still has a very good "FACTUAL REASON" why it is a consistent winner. I can't give you the actual reasons or you would know the bet. Members of the pppc will of course know.

When anyone "posts" an HG ? bet on a forum ask them to to give you a real genuine reason why it wins consistently! ANYTHING ELSE IS GAMBLING
